Rural Smiles Foundation is a Youths and women centred non-profit organization whose mandate is to advance and advocate for Health rights, digital rights and economic empowerment among vulnerable persons in Uganda. Founded in November 2022 by indigenous youth members of Kibaale District later registered as a non-profit organization 23 Feb 2023 to advocate and advance, Health, digital rights and economic rights and empowerment among vulnerable persons including refugees, persons with disabilities, sex workers, Adolescent Girls, women and children especially those in rural communities.
To promote and advance health, digital and economic rights for vulnerable persons through community empowerment, advocacy, technology innovation, and research and service delivery.

We promote equitable access to healthcare by addressing systemic gaps in rural health services. From empowering communities to claim their health rights to equipping maternity wards with solar-powered solutions, we ensure that no one is left behind in achieving quality healthcare.
Our programs uplift rural communities by providing vocational training, micro-loans, and market linkages. We empower women, youth, and smallholder farmers to achieve financial independence and build resilient livelihoods, driving sustainable economic growth.
We champion digital inclusion by bridging the digital divide in underserved areas. Through ICT centers, digital literacy training, and advocacy for affordable internet, we enable rural communities to access opportunities in the digital age safely and equitably.
We address environmental challenges by promoting tree planting, clean energy adoption, and waste management. By integrating conservation with sustainable development, we empower communities to protect their environment while improving livelihoods.
