Known for her ability to bridge strategy and implementation, Milcah brings a hands-on, analytical approach to solving organisational challenges while fostering collaboration and accountability across diverse teams.
Milcah has successfully led large-scale initiatives and driven continuous improvement through data-informed decision-making. She is deeply passionate about cultivating high-performing, inclusive environments where individuals and teams can thrive, and is committed to mentoring emerging leaders and enabling future-ready capabilities. Her work is underpinned by a commitment to excellence, ethical leadership, and sustainable impact, with a strong belief that aligning people, processes, and purpose is key to lasting organisational transformation. She holds a MSc Human Resource Management from Brunel University London, as well as a BCom Honours in Human Resource Management and a BCom in Economics and Human Resource Management from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa.
