Throughout her career at Andbank, Elena has played a key role in onboarding international clients, facilitating coordination between global teams in Bahamas, Miami, and Spain, and ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality, compliance, and operational excellence. Her expertise lies in bridging communication between stakeholders, managing sensitive documentation, and supporting strategic initiatives within highly regulated environments.  

Beyond her corporate career, Elena is the Founder of EarthEVents, a global cultural platform designed to connect people through authentic cultural experiences and traditions. EarthEVents aims to create a worldwide network where communities can share their identity, preserve their heritage, and foster meaningful human connection beyond borders. The initiative reflects her vision of promoting cultural understanding, respect, and unity in an increasingly fragmented world.

Elena is also the creator of two complementary impact initiatives: Angel&Suzeta, focused on supporting children in vulnerable situations from early life to independence, and ReNace, a project dedicated to environmental regeneration and conscious recycling. Together, these initiatives form a holistic ecosystem that integrates social impact, cultural preservation, and environmental responsibility.

She is currently pursuing an MBA in Strategic Leadership and Sustainable Finance in EAE Business School  Madrid and is also enrolled in a certified program in Facilitation of Leadership and Social Impact Entrepreneurship, endorsed by UTBP-IICP in collaboration with a university in Peru. This program provides advanced knowledge and practical tools to lead and facilitate social transformation processes, fostering the development of entrepreneurial initiatives focused on sustainability and positive community impact.
